The NTRUHS campus has everything a student will need for their overall development. The campus is located in Vijaywada. The university works hard to provide the students with the best environment for learning and the most advanced infrastructure for professional growth. The Dr NTR University campus houses schools and special centres, classrooms complexes, student, faculty, and residential staff quarters, a healthcare centre operational 24 hours, and an administration block. In addition, the campus of NTRUHS is well equipped with a sports ground for indoor and outdoor games, a gym, ATM, library, mess, and shopping facilities.

• Hostel – DR. NTR University hostel is spacious and well-furnished, with the availability of a large dining hall. With hostels provided with recreational facilities such as T.V.s, health clubs, indoor games, and PCOs, each hostel has its live-in wardens and a faculty member who administers the accommodation. Admission to NTRUHS doesn't ensure guaranteed hostel accommodation due to the limited capacity of the hostels. Dr. NTR University accomodation is offered to the applicants based on different factors. For example, there is a separate hostel for both girls and boys.
• Gym - Gymnasium is part of Dr NTR University campus facilities. Students can take care of their health and fitness by using this gymnasium facility provided by the University. The well-equipped gym at the university helps the students to stay fit and healthy.
• Sports – The NTRUHS campus has outdoor and indoor games facilities for students' recreation, including basketball, badminton, tennis courts, cricket, and football grounds. The campus sports ground also has a running track. The university also promotes sports like weight-lifting, taekwondo, trekking, and mountaineering. 
• Cafeteria – The air-conditioned cafeteria facilities provided by the University include Chinese, Indian, and south Indian cuisines. There is another split cafeteria available for coffee and snacks on the campus. 
• Auditorium – NTRUHS has auditoriums, Lecture Halls, Committee Hall, Committee rooms, and Training Rooms. These all are used for academic talks, conferences, seminars, slide and film shows, demonstrations, lectures, workshops, etc.
• Medical/ Hospital - The Health Centre at Dr NTR University, right from its inception, has been striving to provide comprehensive health care, i.e., preventive, curative, and promotive services, to students only. 
• Wifi – The university has high-speed wifi connectivity in all laboratories, libraries, hostels, auditoriums and seminar halls, and even guest houses. The campus has been using the new standard for next-generation wireless technology for wifi networks so that the teachers, students, and support staff can easily access the data, voice, multimedia, and video conferencing services and research, e-learning, and business applications.
• I.T. Infrastructure – Dr NTR University has set up facilities for in-house use of E-mail, Computers, and internet services for all students, project staff, and faculty members. This unit of the University offers a variety of E-services to the students in literature search, computation, and graphics.
• Laboratories – Dr NTR University's laboratories are air-conditioned and equipped with various modern instrumental facilities related to all the fields. They are sophisticated and well-equipped, where more than 40 students can perform their experiments simultaneously. 
• Convenience stores – The NTRUHS campus has a few departmental stores to facilitate students' daily shopping.
• Alumni Associations – Dr NTR University has a collective of more than 80,000 alumni. They have been working as social scientists, scientists, literary critics, civil servants, media experts, journalists, foreign language experts, political leaders, technologists, social activists, entrepreneurs, and managers over the last 35 years and more. 
• Parking Facility - The university has a parking facility for students and staff.
• Guest Room – Dr NTR University campus has guest houses. It is dedicated to accommodating official and unofficial guests of Dr NTR University Workshops, Seminars, Symposia, Conferences, Training Programs, Organized by the University, its Centers or Departments, or the others sponsored by the UGC.
• Banks Facilities – The university's banking facilities include an SBI branch and ATMs.
• Library– Dr NTR University has a digital library containing electronic resources in medicine (ERMED) consortium that the National Medical Library hosts in New Delhi, India. It is also a member of the Information Network(INFONET) consortium UGC. Articles from journals of ERMED and INFONET and other databases are sent to the students and faculty of the affiliated colleges on request. Peer-reviewed and medical articles are also sent to the members to promote research in the member colleges.
